The Most Refreshing Lemon Raspberry Iced Tea

When summer calls for something cool, vibrant, and just a little unexpected, this lemon raspberry iced tea is my go-to. It’s a perfect balance of tart, fruity, and naturally sweet – plus, it looks as beautiful as it tastes! The best part? It comes together with just a few ingredients and no refined sugar.

The base is a mix of Lemon Zinger and Raspberry Zinger tea, steeped until rich and flavorful (10 minutes), then brightened with a splash of apple juice for natural sweetness. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and rosemary, it’s as pretty in the pitcher as it is in the glass! This is especially fun to serve for summer parties, brunch spreads, or simply a sunny afternoon on the porch.

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

Directions

  3. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.
  4. Pour into a large pitcher and stir in the apple juice.

  6. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon slices and rosemary sprigs

Tip: For an extra touch, freeze lemon slices and rosemary in ice cubes—they’ll look stunning and keep your tea chilled without diluting the flavor.
