how to style a tan trench coat 4 ways

It’s finally starting to feel like fall here in New York, so it’s time to break out our coats. As we approach colder days, our personal style becomes more and more dictated by our outerwear, making it ultra important to have a stylish arsenal of jackets and coats to choose from.

There are a few classic pieces that every women should own in their wardrobe: leather jacket, jean jacket, pencil skirt, pumps and just a few more, but we’ll save this for another blog post. I think the trench coat, is an absolute must. It’s definitely a classic piece that belongs in every women’s wardrobe, especially this upcoming spring season. The trench coat comes out to play in Spring and Fall, and is that perfect classy transitional coverup. I fell in love seeing it on Audrey Hepburn, she really is an icon for all things fashion and so much more.

Here are a few of my ideas on how to style a trench coat. All of these outfits cater to different events whether its going on an errand or meeting up with friends for drinks. Enjoy!
